1. Agreement to Terms
By using Neapolitan Express services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide authentic Neapolitan pizza ordering and delivery services in Singapore, including online ordering, delivery, self-pickup, and catering.
3. Ordering and Payment
When placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we begin preparing your order. All prices are in SGD and include GST. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayNow, GrabPay, and cash on delivery. Minimum order for delivery: $30.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 30-50 minutes from order confirmation. Times may vary during peak hours. A valid delivery address must be provided, and someone must be available to receive the order.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes for a full refund. After preparation begins, cancellations are not possible. Refunds are provided for significantly delayed orders, wrong items, damaged products, or quality issues.
6. Food Safety and Allergies
We handle food according to Singapore food safety regulations. Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
